At the meeting, the heads of the county development and reform, statistics, industry and information technology, agriculture and rural areas, finance, taxation and other departments respectively reported on the main economic indicator plan in 2022, the completion of the indicators in January, the expected completion of the "opening red" indicators in the first quarter and the main support, and the next step of work measures.

Winning the "opening red" of the first quarter is the need to shoulder the political responsibility of stabilizing growth, maintaining the stable operation of the economy, and promoting high-quality development in all aspects. All levels and departments throughout the county must soberly understand the grim situation we are currently facing, act in accordance with the arrangements of the economic work conference of the central, provincial, and municipal party committees, closely center on the general requirements of our county of "fully tapping potential, strengthening communication, and ensuring a good start in the first quarter," adhere to the general tone of the work of seeking progress in a steady manner, adopt effective and effective measures, anchor the target tasks, actively assume responsibility, do a solid job in all aspects of economic and social development in the first quarter, ensure that economic work starts well, and lay a solid foundation for accomplishing the objectives and tasks for the whole year.

Third, we must focus on the key points and propose solutions. Focusing on GDP indicators, adhere to the "digging up the stock, expanding the increment", on the one hand, we must pay close attention to the coal, steel, and chemical enterprises to improve quality and efficiency; on the other hand, we must pay close attention to the service industry, re-explore and re-investigate the service enterprises in the county, adhere to seeking truth from facts, accurately implement policies, "one enterprise and one plan", make great efforts in expanding the increment, and effectively achieve the joint efforts of one, two and three industries, providing strong support for the high-quality development of the county.
Fourth, we must adhere to the overall development and safety and environmental protection.
