In order to cope with the new trends, new requirements and new challenges in the development of natural resources and planning work in our city, we will further enhance the professional theoretical literacy of the majority of cadres and workers, and improve the professional ability to serve the masses, serve the society and serve the development. On February 10, the Municipal Urban and Rural Planning Research Center organized the "Urban and Rural Planning Lecture Hall" activity. Comrade Wang Wei, chief of the spatial planning and management section of the Municipal Bureau, was invited to give a lecture, and all the staff of the compilation and research center participated in the study.

Comrade Wang Wei brought a special lecture with a complete system, thorough analysis, informative content and rich cases to the participants. From the theoretical level, we systematically explained to everyone why we should prepare land spatial planning, what is land spatial planning, and what role land spatial planning has. From the practical level, combined with the preparation of linyi city's land spatial planning, we comprehensively introduced the main achievements in the preparation of the city's land and spatial planning and the key work that needs to be done in the next step. It answers some questions and confusions encountered by everyone in the work for a long time, and points out the direction for linyi city's future natural resource management and land spatial planning preparation and control work.

Organizing and carrying out the "Urban and Rural Planning Lecture Hall" activity is an important measure for the compilation and research center to strengthen business training, and in the future, in combination with the needs of the center's work, relevant experts and scholars, department leaders, department heads, and business backbones will be invited to give a series of special academic lectures on the frontier theories, policy norms, and successful experiences and practices of urban and rural planning.
