According to the relevant assessment management measures and standards of the national health towns, the National Patriotic Health Office organized experts to review the national health cities (districts) that entered the review procedure in 2021, and conducted spot checks on the results of the review of the national health townships (counties) reported by various localities.
The results of the review and random inspection show that all localities attach great importance to the creation of sanitary towns, and after obtaining the honorary title of national sanitary towns, continue to promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of health creation, improve the long-term management mechanism of urban health, strive to solve the prominent problems affecting the health of the masses, continuously strengthen the comprehensive management of urban social health, and consolidate and develop the achievements of the creation of national sanitary towns, which has played a typical exemplary role. Especially since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the patriotic health campaign has been continuously deepened, laying a solid environmental foundation for epidemic prevention and control and creating a good social atmosphere. However, after individual cities have obtained the honorary title, they have not paid enough attention to the consolidation and promotion of the achievements of health creation, and the work has slipped, especially in some old urban areas, back streets and alleys, urban villages, urban-rural junctions, food safety "three small" industries and public places "four small" industries and other aspects of the infrastructure construction is weak, daily health supervision is not in place, the masses have a strong reaction, the overall health level and the national health city standards There is a certain gap. Based on the results of the secret visit and the review, the following is hereby announced:
1. Reconfirm 270 cities (districts) such as Fangshan District of Beijing as national sanitary cities (districts), and reconfirm 234 townships (counties) such as Wangzuo Town, Fengtai District, Beijing as national sanitary townships (county seats). The list is attached.
2. 10 cities (districts) including Tongzhou District of Beijing Municipality, Huairou District of Beijing Municipality, Qingpu District of Shanghai Municipality, Xuhui District of Shanghai Municipality, Jiading District of Shanghai Municipality, Lianyungang City of Jiangsu Province, Lishui City of Zhejiang Province, Zhoushan City of Zhejiang Province, Zhumadian City of Henan Province, dadukou District of Chongqing Municipality, as well as Beijing Municipality, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Zhejiang Province and Yunnan Provincial Patriotic Guard Association, have achieved remarkable results in consolidating the work of national sanitary cities, and have made outstanding achievements in the review and commendation.
3.
