Award-winning designers Jamie Drake and Caleb Anderson lead the way in creating luxurious, sophisticated interiors that always lead to the unexpected. Vibrant eclecticism is the hallmark of the New York-based company.
Design by Drake/Anderson
The perfect balance is established between the eternal and the present, and the core of each project expresses the individuality in the decorative design to the greatest extent, believing that beautiful things can convey people's expectations, create a pleasant and livable environment, and obtain a sense of happiness and achievement from it.
01
Downtown Manhattan residence
Located above Manhattan, this very unique and special residence features signature intricate finishes, rich minimalist formulas. After completing several projects, Drake/Anderson began creating and using magic in a new landmark building, fulfilling the residents' desire to share their passion with family and friends in ample space.
The project starts with two apartments and is combined into a 7,300-square-foot full-floor apartment, with fully open views in the space, allowing for a 360-degree view of Manhattan and other areas in the apartment, which is enough to be pleasing to the eye.
The re-integration of the two apartments must first consider the layout of the transformation and planning, out of the love of food and wine, leaving a wine room to store the collected wine, the bedrooms reduced from six to four to meet the family's living requirements, a gym and spacious family office to provide a place to exercise and work.
The two large open living rooms "loop" the view of Manhattan from the windows every day, and the sunlight is projected through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows, which is more transparent and brighter visually. The subduction ceiling magnifies the path of the line of sight, combining complex and dramatic lighting to create east/west and south/north through the line of sight.
The spectacular columns in the room were born out of the need to hide risers that could not be relocated during the renovation, finished with metallized stucco, and the "tree" grew out of the lacquered wood "lake", further hiding the immovable riser elbow. The objects selected in the bedrooms pay attention to detail and texture, creating a luxurious, artistic oasis of clouds visually and artistically.

Midtown housing
Dreams are often portrayed as floating clouds, and jamie Drake and Caleb Anderson, an award-winning design duo, have once again brought glamorous work to New Yorkers. The high-end design portfolio has conquered many of New York's tallest and most luxurious skyscrapers, creating dramatic graphics with their signature style of modern sophistication and mixed metal.
Spatially, Drake & Anderson simply passes through the thin panel wall, giving people a sense of the fluidity of the space. It's a mix of gold tones with elements of "platinum, silver, pearl." The new wall coverings are maintained in pastel tones to match the customer's requirements, and a large number of mixed materials are used in the three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Wood, metal, leather, glass and textiles blend seamlessly together.
Huge lights from Frederikson Stallard in David Gill, London, balance the large columns strategically placed throughout the apartment. All wore the same dry plaster finishes to amplify and celebrate their structural function. It's not just a lamp, but a lamp made of industrial steel and Swarovski crystals that echo the glittering night scene.
The two groups in the living room provide ample seating, as an arrangement for entertainment or private time, and the north side facing the park is more open, taking advantage of the landscape facing the park and the changing seasons to present beauty from different angles and at different times.
The use of metal materials runs through every corner of the apartment, and the large lacquered tables in the dining room are located on the sparkling metal woven floor, and the chairs are covered with woven leather strips and hammered satin backrests, which are gorgeous and unpretentious.
The focus on art is the starting point for designing families, and artworks abound in the gallery in every room, where artists' works and spaces combine to tell new stories, continue the theme of the story, and add more artistic atmosphere.

MIDTOWN PIED-À-TERRE
Nestled in the heart of the Manhattan Tower, the ultra-luxurious and spacious apartment overlooks the entire Central Park. The apartment adopts a new minimalism, a combination of classical style and tradition, based on quality materials and finishes, which is basically a perfect presentation of the modernist aesthetic.
The choice of black, white and grey accentuates the interior landscape and complements the overlooking landscape of Central Park, which is equally interesting in depth. In order not to distract the view, the furniture remained low and clean, the fabulous mirrored chairs in the living room emitted a dazzling luster, the simple floor lamps, and the modernist themes created eclectic vignettes.
Versatility is a key factor in the space, and the restaurant can easily accommodate multiple friends to gather and communicate, or it can make a person feel like they are resting in the clouds. Using a curatorial combination of artisan pieces, vintage objects and individual furniture throughout the apartment, the blend highlights exciting pieces and creates a dialogue between elegant, refined, and even whimsical décor.
The design is filled with hard, shimmering materials, but all softened by luxurious textures that create a truly forward-looking interior within the borders that becomes the antidote to the urban jungle, where nothing can stop the unparalleled skyline views.

KIPS BAY DECORATOR SHOW HOUSE
The main color uses soft gold to create a somewhat grand but very comfortable space, and a variety of works of art with special shapes are lined up, adding to the sense of artistic atmosphere, and the whole space looks very nostalgic.
The modern brocade woven and decorated living room walls, partly inlaid with crystals, sequins and beads, create a sense of radiance in the space. The large custom sofa curves gracefully around a pair of brass cocktail tables, while opposite a pair of quaint and elegant 19th-century English chairs are covered with modern geometric fabrics, adding an element of eclecticism to the space.
The chimney chest wall of the fireplace in the living room is brightly lacquered paneled and is the background of the original white marble antique fireplace, which has a modern mirror and wall lamp, the pattern of the fireplace highlights the nostalgic atmosphere of the space, and the linear geometry of the panel contrasts with the repeated circular patterns in the mantelpiece, wall lamp, mirror and vase.
In addition to the public spaces, an intimate bar is imbued with moody charm, and its walls are covered from top to bottom with mirrored squares of four colors. The huge bespoke bar in the center is another sensual work, with intricate stepped ink paint curves and textured marble at the top, casting a mysterious thick layer of color over the bar space. The magnificent antique gilded bronze vase by the window resembles the sentry who stood guard in the past, sitting solemnly on a ebony base, looking at all the environment inside and outside.
Jamie Drake and Caleb Anderson bring their respective charms, curations and elegance to a range of luxury residential and commercial projects. The elegance of Drake/Anderson can be seen in many of Manhattan's buildings, luxurious townhouses, and fresh manor design, creating one resort after another, preserving the beauty of architecture between the vast world and the world.
