From January 21 to 31, the police arrested 11 Chinese, 6 of whom were involved in murder and 5 involved in kidnapping and extortion, all working for the same online investment company, aged 22 to 42, including 7 employees, 2 security guards, 1 sales manager and 1 monitoring equipment administrator.
During the investigation, the police also seized an AK rifle, 37 AK rifle bullets, 2 short guns, 85 short gun bullets, 4 handcuffs, 3 electric shock flashlights, 2 metal rods, and 3 cars.
