Story 1: Lu wine is thin and Handan Wei

The story of "Lu Wine Thin and Handan Wei" tells that King Xuan of Chu met with the princes, and the Duke of Lu arrived and the wine ceremony was very weak, and King Xuan of Chu was very angry. Gong Gong said, I am the Duke of Zhou, Xun is in the royal family, sending you wine is already a matter of disrespect and identity, you also accuse the wine thin, don't go too far. And then go home.

King Xuan then sent an army with the State of Qi to attack the State of Lu. King Hui of Liang of the State of Qi had always wanted to attack the State of Zhao, but was afraid that the State of Chu would help the State of Zhao, and this time the State of Chu had a request, so there was no need to worry about the State of Chu coming to find trouble, so the Handan of the State of Zhao made a sacrifice because of the thin wine of the State of Lu.

Story Two: Mash Laborer

In the Spring and Autumn Period of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty, after the defeat of King Gou of Yue by Wu Wangfuchai, in order to achieve the restoration strategy of "ten years of life and gathering, ten years of lessons", he ordered the people to be encouraged to give birth, and used wine as a prize for fertility: to give birth to a husband, two pots of wine, and a dog; Raw woman, two pots of wine, one porpoise". Yue Wang Gou Jian led the army to cut down Wu, before leaving the division, Yue Zhong's father and elder offered fine wine to Gou Jian, and Gou Jian poured the wine on the upper stream of the river, and drank with the soldiers, and the morale of the soldiers was greatly boosted, and Shaoxing still had "throwing mash river".

Similar historical stories as recorded, during the Warring States period, Qin Mugong crusaded against the Jin Dynasty and came to the river, Qin Mugong intended to reward the soldiers to encourage the soldiers, but the mash was only one bell, some people said, even if there is only one grain of rice, thrown into the river to make wine, (can also be shared), so Qin Mugong poured this bell into the river, and the three armies were drunk after drinking.

Story Three: The Wine Pond Meat Forest

The emperors of the late Shang Dynasty were mostly the lords of adultery, blindly pursuing happiness, and the nobles of the Shang Dynasty also drank heavily. According to modern people's analysis and speculation, because the wine-holding utensils and drinking utensils at that time were mostly bronze vessels, which contained tin and were dissolved in wine, the people of the Shang Dynasty were poisoned after drinking, and their physical condition was declining day by day. At the end of the Shang Dynasty, Emperor Huan, however, was a lustful and good-wine man, saying: "(纣) takes wine as a pool, and county (hanging) meat as a forest, so that men and women are naked and separate from each other, for the drink of the long night." Later generations often used "wine pond meat forest" to describe life luxury and indulgence. The tyranny of the Shang Dynasty, combined with alcoholism, eventually led to the demise of the Shang Dynasty. In the Zhou Dynasty, a strict prohibition of alcohol was issued in the gathering places of merchants.

The example of mistaking wine and misleading the country is innumerable in ancient times, King Gong of Chu fought with the army of the State of Jin at Yanling, the State of Chu lost the battle, king of Chu Gong was also hit by an arrow in the eye, in preparation for the next battle, summoned Sima Zi to come to discuss, but Zi Qi was drunk and could not come. King Gong of Chu could only sigh at the heavens and say, "Heaven has defeated me." Kill the son who missed the war because of alcohol. Only the class teacher returned to the dynasty.

It is sometimes a good thing for the emperor to misbehave because of wine, such as qi huangong because he was drunk, he lost his hat, qi huan duke was ashamed of this matter, so he did not go to the court for three days, coinciding with the grain shortage, Guan Zhong had to make his own decision, open the public granary, and relief to the disaster victims. The victims were ecstatic, and the folk song circulating at that time said: "Why didn't (Qi Huangong) throw her hat again!"

Story Four: The Feast of the Hongmen

At the end of Qin, Liu Bang and Xiang Yu each attacked the qin dynasty's troops, Liu Bang first broke through Xianyang (the capital of Qin Shi Huang), but Liu Bang's troops were not as strong as Xiang Yu, Xiang Yu was furious, and sent Dangyang Jun to attack The Pass, Xiang Yu entered Xianyang and arrived at Xixi, while Liu Bang garrisoned at Bashang. Liu Bang's Zuo Sima Cao sent someone in front of Xiang Yu to say that Liu Bang intended to claim the throne of Guanzhong, and Xiang Yu was even more angry when he heard this, and ordered the soldiers to have a full meal the next morning and defeat Liu Bang's army.

A fierce battle is imminent. After Liu Bang learned of this from Xiang Yu's father, Xiang Bo, he was shocked, and Liu Bang respectfully held a glass of wine to Xiang Bo with both hands, wished Xiang Bo good health and longevity, and about his family, Liu Bang's feelings were drawn together, and persuaded Xiang Bo, who promised to intercede in front of Xiang Yu and asked Liu Bang to come to thank Xiang Yu the next day.

At the Hongmen banquet, although there was no shortage of fine wine and delicacies, but there was a hidden killing machine, Xiang Yu's sub-father Fan Zeng, has always advocated killing Liu Bang, at the wine banquet, repeatedly signaled Xiang Yu to issue orders, but Xiang Yu hesitated and silently refused. Fan Zeng summoned Xiang Zhuang to dance the sword to help the banquet, and took the opportunity to kill Liu Bang, Xiang Bo also raised his sword to dance to protect Liu Bang, covering Liu Bang, at a critical moment, Liu Bang's subordinate Fan Duo broke into the military gate with a sword and a shield, and looked at Xiang Yu angrily, Xiang Yu saw that this person was extraordinary, so he had to ask who the comers were, when he learned that he was Liu Bang's attendant, he immediately ordered him to give wine, Fan Stood and drank it, after Xiang Yu ordered the pig's leg, he asked if he could drink again, Fan Duo said, the subject died and did not avoid, a glass of wine is still worth resigning. Fan Duo also took the opportunity to say a good word to Liu Bang, Xiang Yu was speechless, and Liu Bang took the opportunity to leave. Liu Bang's subordinate Zhang Liangshi excused Liu Bang, saying that Liu Bang was too drunk to come and say goodbye, and now offered a pair of white walls to the king, and a pair of jade buckets to the great general (Fan Zeng), please accept it. Xiang Yu, who did not know the depth, accepted the white wall, but Fan Zeng was so angry that he pulled out his sword to smash the jade bucket to pieces. Later generations referred to the Hongmen feast as a hidden killing machine.

Story Five: Han Gao zu drunkenly beheaded the white snake

Record: At the end of Qin Shi Huang, when Liu Bang (Han Gaozu) was the chief of the pavilion, he escorted the laborers to Lishan Mountain, but on the way, most of the laborers died on the road, and when they arrived in Fengxize, the laborers were released, and only a dozen brave men were willing to follow Liu Bang. In the middle of the night, Liu Bang got drunk and ordered one person to move forward, and the front man returned the road, and there was a large snake blocking the road in front of him. Please let us come back. Liu Bang was in the midst of a drunken haze, and seemed to be afraid of nothing, saying: It is the Zhuangshi who comes with me, what are you afraid of! From the courage to go forward, Liu Bang swung his sword to cut the great white snake that was blocking the road into two pieces, the road was opened, and after walking for several miles, Liu Bang was sleepy and fell asleep.

Who would have thought that an old woman would appear where the snake was killed and cry all the time, so someone asked the reason for the crying, and the old woman said, Someone killed my son, and someone asked, Why did you see your son killed? The old woman said, "My son, the White Emperor who turned into a snake, was beheaded by the Red Emperor because he stood in the way." Later, someone told Liu Bang about this matter, and Liu Bang was secretly happy and quite conceited after hearing it.

Story Six: Wen Jun Dang

According to reports, there was a widow in Linqiong, the daughter of a rich family zhuo wangsun, who was in love with Sima Xiangru, and Sima Xiangru and Wenjun eloped to Chengdu, Sichuan, because the family was standing on four walls, and the Wenjun family did not fund it at first. So he came to Linqiao with Wenjun, sold all his cars and horses, bought a hotel, and did a liquor business. And let Wenjun personally preside over the drinking in front of the embankment to deal with the customer's affairs, while he put on his calf nose pants, work with the employees to operate the busy work, and wash the wine utensils in the downtown area. This story later became a good story of the couple's unswerving love. Historically, Linqiong has also become the hometown of winemaking, and famous wines have emerged. Wenjun wine has become a famous wine in history, and Luo Yin's poem of the Tang Dynasty says: "Several branches of Yanfu Wenjun wine," and the legend also has "Wenjun Well", and Lu You's poem says: "Falling into the mud wine cup of Xizhou, drinking wine several times on the piano platform, green shoes laughing at themselves without restraint, and coming to the side of Wenjun Well."
