Several health foods that have been blown into the sky are actually pit money and hurt the body, doctor: don't buy indiscriminately!

Many people pursue health and look for ways to improve their quality of life. In this process, health food has gradually become a popular choice. However, many health foods are touted as being able to solve various health problems, but in reality, they are often just a trap for money. As a doctor, I want to tell everyone, don't buy these health foods that have been blown up to the sky.

First and foremost are the so-called "superfoods" or "miracle foods". These foods are often advertised as being able to prevent cancer, boost immunity, increase longevity, etc. However, scientific research often does not support these claims. Blueberries, for example, are touted as "superfoods," but there's not enough evidence that they deliver extraordinary health benefits. Conversely, excessive consumption of certain so-called "superfoods" can lead to unwanted health problems, such as vitamin toxicity or allergic reactions.

Another health food that has been hyped up is a variety of detox products. These products claim to remove toxins from the body and improve health. However, the body already has an efficient detoxification system on its own, such as the liver and kidneys, and does not need to rely on these products. In fact, some detox products may contain harmful substances that can be burdensome to the liver and kidneys, which in turn may harm health.

Many people are keen on various supplements such as vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. While these supplements are necessary in some cases, for most people, a normal diet should be able to provide the nutrients they need. Excessive consumption of vitamin and mineral supplements can lead to vitamin toxicity or mineral imbalances that can negatively affect health.

Some people are superstitious about so-called "natural remedies" such as traditional Chinese medicine, herbs, and enzymes. While these methods may be effective in some situations, they are not a panacea. Some herbs may contain toxic substances, and when used without a doctor's guidance, they may cause adverse reactions or interactions.

I would like to warn everyone to be wary of health foods that claim to lose weight quickly or build an ideal body. These products often contain high amounts of caffeine or other irritating substances that may cause heart problems, anxiety, and insomnia. Weight loss should be a healthy and long-lasting process and should not rely on quick fixes.

Health foods that are blown up are often just marketing gimmicks, their effects are often exaggerated, and the risks are often underestimated. As a doctor, I recommend that you consult a medical professional before considering purchasing health foods. It's important to remember that health is a comprehensive concept and shouldn't rely on just one food or supplement. A balanced diet, moderate exercise, good sleep and reduced stress are the keys to maintaining good health. So, don't buy those seemingly miraculous health foods, but maintain your health according to scientific advice and doctor's advice.
