Recently, according to Xinmin Weekly, Mr. Xu, a Xiaopeng car owner in Beijing, uploaded a surveillance video, and on the morning of December 1, 2021, Mr. Xu's Xiaopeng P7 rushed out of control in the process of passing through the gate at the garage exit. Mr. Xu said that his Xiaopeng P7 was bought less than three months after the incident, and the price and tax totaled 264,900 yuan. According to Mr. Xu, it was his father-in-law, an old driver with a driving experience of up to twenty years, who was driving the car at that time. At the time of the incident, the brakes of Xiaopeng P7 suddenly failed, causing the vehicle to hit the community gate, railing and light pole one after another, until it hit a wall in the next building before stopping, and finally the front of the Xiaopeng P7 was broken and dented, and Mr. Xu's mother-in-law, who was sitting in the back of the car, was also injured by a broken right wrist and a broken arm tendon.
After the incident, Mr. Xu fell into a difficult situation of rights protection. Mr. Xu had asked Xiaopeng to officially do the accident appraisal of the vehicle, but the other party said that it required Mr. Xu to spend money to completely repair the car first. On February 10 this year, Mr. Xu sent the car for repair, but he was afraid that it would still remain in his heart!
