NIO said: Recently, we have received reports from the public that Xu has registered online accounts on multiple online platforms (including the Xiaohongshu account "Weiwei Shelter", etc.) and has published tens of thousands of content that deliberately smears, insults, and slanders NIO, NIO users and NIO products, including dozens of slanderous and abusive remarks with similar content within minutes under content related to NIO, which has seriously damaged NIO's social evaluation and business reputation and the legitimate rights and interests of NIO users.

In this regard, NIO, after verifying the identity of the actual controller of the relevant online account and investigating and fixing the relevant infringement evidence, formally filed a lawsuit with the Shanghai court to pursue Xu's relevant legal responsibility. At present, Xu Moumou has officially signed an apology letter yesterday, admitting his illegal and infringing behavior, canceling relevant network accounts, formally apologizing to NIO, NIO users and the public, compensating for corresponding losses, and has officially apologized publicly today. The relevant apology letter is shown in the figure below.
