After verifying the identity of the actual controller of the relevant online account and investigating and fixing the relevant infringement evidence, NIO formally filed a lawsuit with the Shanghai court to pursue Xu's relevant legal responsibility. Xu Moumou officially signed an apology letter yesterday, admitting his illegal infringement, canceling relevant network accounts, formally apologizing to NIO, NIO users and the public, compensating for corresponding losses, and has formally and publicly apologized.
