Microsoft today officially launched the XGP Core service: replacing the Gold membership and providing a mini-game library
IT House September 14 news, Microsoft announced on July 17 that Xbox Live Gold will be replaced by a service called Xbox Games Pass Core, and this new Xbox Game Pass Core (XGP Core) service will be officially launched today.

IT House has previously reported that the XGP Core service is roughly similar to Sony's "PlayStation Plus Basic" membership level for the PlayStation platform, and will be the cheapest solution to Xbox players to bring game online, Game Pass Core "mini" game library and other features.
Players' existing Xbox Live Gold membership marketplace will automatically convert to Xbox Game Pass Core today, and the price of the membership remains unchanged at $9.99 per month (IT House Note: currently about 73 RMB), or $59.99 per year (currently about 437 RMB).
In terms of the game library, this "mini-version" game library does not include starters, and Microsoft has previously said that the game library will be updated two or three times a year to add additional content.
