But compared to the smartphone and smart wearable device OTAs that people are accustomed to, car OTAs are still attracting much attention. There are three main problems as follows.
First, how often is the car OTA? If the frequency is not enough, the user's pain points cannot be solved in time;
Second, is OTA the right medicine? If you only upgrade for some painless features, then the user pain points will always exist;
Third, can traditional car companies play OTA? Compared with some new forces with Internet genes, software capabilities and services have always been considered the shortcomings of traditional car companies.
For example, the recent fire of Extreme Kr 001, which took only 110 days, had 10,000 users, objectively verifying the charm and strength of the Extreme Krypton brand.

In response to these questions, at the opening ceremony of the global flagship store of The Krypton Center on February 18, Extreme Kr made a clear answer on the basis of the update of ZEEKR OS 1.1.1 on February 12.
The OTA update is pushed in batches, involving up to 34 vehicle ECU units, including locking automatic window lifting, seat memory active interaction, electric door manual control switching, music light show song additions, 5G network switches, 3D transparent car models, APP remote defrosting, b station applications and up to 25 new features and new configurations.
Why did you choose these features for improvements and updates?
First, because the krypton 001 has long been pre-buried hardware, according to the schedule, many functions only need to be iterated by software algorithms to achieve.

Added steering assist display function, when the turn signal is hit, the car interface will open the 360 image auxiliary display.
There is also a car lock automatic window lift function, which takes into account those sloppy users and is easy to ignore small details.

Update push is not the end point, and Krypton will continue to actively collect user feedback on this update in the next few days.

This obviously requires the support of a lot of data. Before the official version was pushed, Extreme Kr will not let users become "guinea pigs", but from the hardware layer, system layer to application layer, full link verification, and combined with the actual road conditions in China for massive testing.
