The Xilis Liangjiang Smart Factory was officially put into operation in 2019 and built in accordance with Industry 4.0 standards, which is also the production base of AITO Inquisition M5. The factory has stamping, welding, painting, assembly and battery PACK workshop, more than 1,000 robots work together to achieve a high degree of automation, 100% automation of key processes, 24-hour full-time online inspection, effectively reduce labor costs while making manufacturing accuracy, product quality reach a first-class level.
Among them, the stamping workshop has advanced technologies and equipment such as dustproof and noise reduction, automatic blue light measurement system, automatic packing, AGV automatic transmission, and one-click mold change. The fully enclosed high-speed synchronous mechanical stamping line can be stamped in just 5 seconds to complete a component. The stamping workshop is also equipped with the world's most advanced blue light detection, the detection accuracy has reached 0.05 mm, and the efficiency is 3-5 times that of the three coordinate detection of traditional automobile factories.
The welding workshop adopts advanced laser long-range flight welding technology, compared to the traditional welding process, flight welding by increasing laser energy and adjusting the assembly clearance, in the condition of not touching parts, it can achieve rapid welding, the thinnest place can reach 0.08mm. The painting workshop adopts the world's advanced spraying technology and environmentally friendly water-based coatings, and has the first automobile production line using a seven-axis robotic arm in China.
The assembly workshop is the last smooth of vehicle manufacturing, the new car will complete the final assembly here, in order to ensure the quality control of the AITU Boundary M5, here has a rare domestic assembly online appearance gap surface difference detection robot. After visiting the factory, Hotspot Technology also conducted a static and dynamic test drive experience on the AITO Q&A M5. AiTO Q&I M5 is the first model equipped with HarmonyOS smart cockpit, excellent human-computer interaction, combined with a 15.6-inch intelligent central control screen, bringing a very excellent experience.
In particular, the device circulation function of HarmonyOS can very smoothly realize the information flow between mobile phones, watches, and car machines, such as transferring navigation information from mobile phones to car machines, and then back to watches; sharing the address information of third-party applications from mobile phones to car machines to achieve navigation during driving; in-car video calls flow to mobile phones after getting off the car to continue talking, etc., easily realizing interconnection in various scenarios, and the car is no longer an island.
