In this set of spy photos published by foreign media, it is obvious that the side and the rear of the car are pasted with Chinese Simplified stickers of "electric test car"; not only that, the original factory also deliberately pasted the model nameplate at the rear of the car, intending to cover up the true identity of the car. However, if you compare this camouflage car with the photos of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the four Chinese words on the left side of the test car are very likely to be "BMW Brilliance"!
BMW Brilliance's i3, officially known as the i3 eDrive35L, stands for the long-axis version of the electric sedan model. Its 2,966mm wheelbase is 115mm more than the European standard version of the model, and its appearance is roughly the same as the fuel version of the long shaft 3 Series, and whether it is the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology or the German test car, it can be seen that its front shape has been adjusted, using a unique bumper, a new shape headlight and a closed double kidney water tank guard. In terms of electric systems, the i3 eDrive35L and i4 eDrive40 also use electric motors with a nominal output of 250 kW, which can reach 340 hp after conversion.
