It is worth mentioning that the MINI pure electric model is planned to be officially launched in 2024, and Beam Automobile will become its world's first production place and main export base.
According to the plan, the MINI brand will bring two pure electric MINI models, including a new three-door MINI Cooper and a new MINI compact crossover. The two models are scheduled to start production at the Beam Automobile Plant for the international and domestic markets, while the domestically produced MINI pure electric model will be exported to overseas markets as soon as 2024.
In terms of new vehicles, the all-new electric MINI Cooper has just made its world premiere at IAA MOBILITY 2023. The design still inherits the consistent style characteristics of MINI, such as classic body proportions, circular elements everywhere, and the design of the beige flag. In terms of interior, innovative digital technology makes the interior more simple and fresh, creating a warm and fun immersive experience.
In terms of power, the MINI Cooper SE has an output of 160 kW/218 hp, a maximum torque of 330 Nm, accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.7 seconds, and has a cruising range of 402 km (WLTP).
