It is reported that Volkswagen's new GTI pure electric production version model will be based on the ID.2all concept car, which is positioned between the Volkswagen Polo and the Golf model, with a length and width of 4100mm and 1840mm respectively, and a wheelbase size of 2600mm. The new car will also be offered with an electronic differential in the head.

According to overseas media, Volkswagen's new GTI pure electric production model will be based on the MEB Entry platform, with a maximum output of 169kW. At the same time, the interior of the new car will be equipped with a 10.9-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.9-inch floating LCD central control screen, and equipped with the latest electronic pocket gear shift mechanism of the Volkswagen family.
