The so-called blind determination means that when the product has not yet announced the price, the consumer will pay the deposit. I'm not entirely convinced of that!
There are three reasons for my skepticism:
[1] New cars may be priced at about 200,000, and such cars have 50,000 orders, and the credibility is not high.
Although Hengchi's first model, the Hengchi 5, has not yet been listed, it is at least 200,000 or so cars. The size of Hengchi 5 is 4725*1925*1688mm in length, width and height, and the wheelbase is 2780mm, and it is positioned as a pure electric compact SUV, and the size is similar to that of Audi Q3. In terms of power, the total power of the new car motor is 150kW, the total torque is 345N·m, the mileage of the new car is 602km CLTC, 0-100km/h acceleration is 7.8 seconds, using the Ningde era lithium iron phosphate battery, the new car will be equipped with more than L2 level auxiliary driving function. Judging from these basic parameters, its price is definitely more than 150,000, or even about 200,000 for high-end models. It's not cheap. Therefore, there are 50,000 units of order volume, and the credibility is not high.
[2] At present, there are more mature pure electric vehicle models on the market, and Hengchi 5 is not the only choice
From the positioning, size, and power configuration of Hengchi 5, there are not no alternative models on the market at present. For example, BYD Song Plus, Song Pro, BYD Tang, Volkswagen ID.3, ID.4, Aeon Y, Zero Run C11, Xiaopeng G3, are all models that can be selected. The user is not non-Hengchi 5 can not. Therefore, in this case, from the perspective of the product strength of Hengchi 5, it is not said that it is too far ahead of the above-mentioned models. Therefore, there are more mature pure electric vehicle models on the market at present, Hengchi 5 is not the only choice, there are 50,000 orders, how is it possible?
[3] Hengchi automobile, whether it is a mule or a horse, still needs to be observed
As the first model of Evergrande Car, the majority of consumers are very cautious in purchasing, and it is unlikely to actively book after seeing the picture. You know, Tesla was not so hot when it first started selling. And at present, the Evergrande Group behind Hengchi Automobile is negatively entangled, Hengchi Automobile, is a mule or a horse, and it still needs to be observed. Therefore, it is unlikely that users will book in this direction. And it's on the premise of not knowing the price.
However, do not rule out the following situations, Hengchi Automobile does have 50,000 units of orders!
[1] Hengchi cooperates with large customers
If Hengchi cooperates with leasing companies or ride-hailing companies, it is possible for these companies to book 50,000 vehicles at once. Then Hengchi will definitely give a lower price to attract them. This is not 2C's business, it belongs to 2B's business!
【2】The dealer of Hengchi Automobile first ordered 50,000 units of goods
Any car at the beginning of the listing is to be laid out first, otherwise after the listing, the user can not deliver the order, it is too embarrassing. Previously, Hengchi Automobile has recruited dealers in 18 cities across the country, and in terms of agent qualifications, Hengchi Automobile has put forward requirements from five aspects: agree with hengchi automobile business philosophy and sales model; registered by the national administration for industry and commerce, with independent legal personality and legal business certificates, and the registered capital is not less than 5 million yuan; it has a venue for meeting the business needs of Hengchi Automobile; it can form a qualified management team for Hengchi Automobile; the enterprise is in good operating condition and has sufficient financial strength.
Then it is not impossible for these dealers to first book 50,000 vehicles and then slowly digest them.
