Film "She's Lonelier Than Fireworks" 1998
Based on a 1997 biography co-authored by Jacqueline Duprey's sister Hillary and younger brother Pierce, the film blends truth and art to show a different side of the British cellist Jacqueline Duprey.
The film received 10 nominations for the Academy Awards, Golden Globes, and British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards in 1999.
Hilary and Jackie come from a musical family, the mother has cultivated the musical literacy of two daughters since childhood, the sisters are inseparable, but the younger sister Jackie seems to always be the sister's heel, behind the sister's brilliance as a humble shadow.
