The J7 vehicle intelligent plant was completed and put into operation

In December 2021, FAW Jiefang J7 Vehicle Intelligent Factory was officially completed in our city, realizing a new upgrade of production capacity.

Jiefang J7 intelligent factory is in accordance with the international leading design and manufacturing concept of construction of digital, flexible, green, low-carbon, intelligent factory, set automation, flexibility, digital intelligence in one, in the production, quality, equipment, logistics, energy and other fields widely used in the data collection and analysis, information intelligent push and intelligent decision-making and other industry cutting-edge technology, the factory design annual production capacity of 50,000 vehicles.

FAW Jiefang J7 Vehicle Intelligent Factory pioneered the robot and AGV collaborative and unmanned and intelligent tire assembly technology in the global commercial vehicle industry, and pioneered a number of technologies in the domestic commercial vehicle industry, such as intelligent online calibration of the whole vehicle, automatic unloading and intelligent marshalling of the frame, intelligent laser engraving of functional holes, etc., building a leading edge in technology and creating a new intelligent manufacturing model of personalized customization and network collaboration.
