Recently, the city's first modular new energy heavy-duty truck charging and replacing power station was completed in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, marking a new breakthrough in the application field of electric heavy-duty truck replacement technology in our city. The charging and replacing power station is completed by assembling a modular building with steel structure, which is the first application of unit integrated modular technology in the field of construction in Xuzhou.
On the morning of May 10, the reporter came to the first modular new energy heavy-duty truck charging and replacement power station in Xuzhou City, located in the Economic Development Zone, and the main body of the entire charging and replacing power station has been completed, and the staff is installing the internal charging chamber equipment. The construction of the charging and replacing power station is mainly to meet the energy needs of new energy heavy trucks, with 8 charging compartments set up internally, equipped with 7 backup batteries, which can be replaced more than 100 times a day, and also realize automated operation. It is understood that the biggest feature of the project is the use of unit integrated modular technology for the first time, the use of industrial production, assembly construction of the building method, more low-carbon environmental protection.
Compared with the traditional construction mode, all the structural components of the project are completed in the production workshop of XCMG Construction Technology, with a high degree of industrialization and a more secure quality of structural parts, and then dry assembly is carried out on the spot, just like building blocks. It is estimated that this construction method can save 35% in labor, 25% in steel consumption per square, and shorten the construction period by 30%.
In addition, the project also integrates photovoltaic integrated roof design, which can provide green and clean energy for charging and replacing power stations, and reduce carbon emissions by about 40%. At the same time, different from the previous box modular structure, this unit integrated modular technology application scenario is more extensive, and has accumulated experience for promoting the industrialization of new buildings.
It is understood that under the background of "carbon neutrality and carbon peaking", new energy heavy trucks are currently showing an explosive growth trend. XCMG Construction Technology Division will deploy in the city and build a number of new energy heavy truck charging and replacement power stations to provide a guarantee for the stability of the city's industrial chain and supply chain. At present, all 30 charging and replacing power station buildings have been scheduled for production, and all of them will be completed and put into use by the end of the year.
