A few days ago, DJI unveiled its in-vehicle smart factory for the first time. Completed and put into use in 2019, the plant covers an area of 9,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of about 400,000 units of the 10,000-level cleanroom-level (no more than 10,000 particles per cubic foot containing particles with a particle size of 0.5um) DJI's on-board intelligent factory, focusing on the manufacture and detection of core components of autonomous driving such as visual perception sensors and domain controllers.

The plant can realize the intelligent production of vehicle specifications in the whole process from SMT, AA, automated assembly to automated testing, and has more than 70 detection capabilities covering EMC, electrical, environmental reliability, machinery, materials and chemistry, failure and physical analysis and other fields.
Up to now, DJI's vehicle intelligent factory has obtained IATF16949 quality management standard certification, EHS environmental occupational health and safety management system certification, CNAS China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment certification, and has passed the audit of a number of OEMs. In the future, there will be more high-quality autonomous driving solutions, produced from here and destined for all parts of the country.
