If you just improve the traditional process by people to be done by machines, this difficulty is the entry-level version. Higher-level automation is the use of mechanical equipment to bring it into production after overcoming the technical difficulties of the new process.

This is especially important for electric vehicles. Because an electric vehicle that breaks the structure of a fuel vehicle is an innovation from the body structure to the energy and drive system, it is inevitable to use more new processes. For example, the aluminum body structure under the upper steel adopted by Alpha S is very in line with the dual development requirements of taking into account the weight of the body and collision safety.

I have noticed that the stamping A line that has been completed is a fully enclosed, high-speed automated production line that can realize the mixed production of steel and aluminum. The production line consists of a 2400T, 1 1200T, 3 1000T with a total of 5 presses and a fully automated transmission system consisting of a Swiss GUDEL single-arm crossbar manipulator. Presses of this magnitude will ensure that the stamping sheet metal molding effect is excellent, which is very beneficial to the assembly accuracy.

Coming to the paint workshop, in response to the DNA of electric vehicle energy saving and emission reduction, its paint process has also injected environmental protection genes, and every new car that passes through this production line adopts a water-free B1B2 process. The lower VOC (volatile organic compound) content of the water-based paint process compared to the oil-based paint process, coupled with the blessing of the additive coating process, can further reduce VOC emissions.

But in fact, cars are paying more and more attention to assist driving ability, and assisted driving functions just need a series of devices such as cameras, millimeter wave lightning brake systems, controllers and so on to work together. So it's not enough to assemble them automatically/semi-automatically, you have to make sure they work well when assembled.

Its calibration collection HUD head-up display, MRR forward detection millimeter wave radar, MPC forward camera one-stop automatic calibration.

1) FDS riveting technology is used on the battery PACK for fixing between the upper cover and the box. In the prior art, a very common way is to fix it by screws. But we know that the car is often encountered in bumps, rain, mud and other bad working environment, screw fixing way is prone to mechanical damage and loosening of the fastening parts, resulting in poor dustproof and waterproof effect.

Riveting is a fastening riveting process, which has the advantages of high tensile and shear strength, extremely small thermal deformation and thermal stress, and is suitable for working with glue connections. These ensure that the battery PACK has good enough stability.
