WM Motors announced its sales figures for 2021. WM Delivered 5,062 vehicles in December last year and 15,114 units in the fourth quarter, a record single-quarter sales record. Cumulative deliveries for the full year of 2021 were 44,157 units, up 96.3% year-on-year, and close to the sum of cumulative deliveries over the past three years.
Since the delivery of WM Motors began in September 2018, by the end of 2021, a total of 88,686 units have been delivered. Behind the increase in sales, in addition to the good market environment for new energy vehicles, it is also related to its basic charging facility channel deployment and intelligent product experience.
Continue to build basic charging facilities
With the improvement of product delivery, WM has also accelerated the construction and layout of energy replenishment ecological facilities, as of the end of 2021, WM Motors has access to more than 440,000 charging piles, covering 32 provincial-level administrative regions and 361 cities including Hong Kong, accounting for more than 40% of the total number of public charging piles in the country.
According to the data, in 2021, WM Automobile has provided consumers with nearly 100 million degrees of charging services (the data covers the cumulative number of free household charging piles provided by WM for consumers and the public charging service data of the kexing APP).
Delivery of new vehicles in the second half of 2022
WM Motor's first full-scenario intelligent pure electric sedan, the WM M7, will also be mass-produced and delivered in the second half of 2022, equipped with 32 sensors, including 3 solid-state lidar, 4 Orin-X autopilot chips with the highest computing power of 1016TOPS... At the same time, it also has intelligent designs such as i-Rota super dial and i-Surf technology skin, which will realize intelligent driving in all scenarios and give consumers a different car experience.
