Meng Qingyu was originally a coal miner, but he loved ice and snow so much that he came to an amateur sports school in Qitaihe City and worked as a skating coach.

He poured his own ice rink and specialized in short track speed skating. So every time you finish pouring the ice rink, you'll see an iceman with all his hair and eyebrows frozen.

In 2006, Meng Qingyu, who was in his 50s, died in a car accident, and when he died, he could say that his family was surrounded by walls.
