Recently, it has been reported that Xiaopeng Automobile's pure electric medium and large SUV, Xiaopeng G9, will open pre-sale at the 2022 Beijing Auto Show. Deliveries of new cars will begin in the third quarter (up to the end of August); and official sales of the Xiaopeng G9 are expected to be 35,000 units for the full year.

In terms of appearance, Xiaopeng G9 adopts the same design language as Xiaopeng P7, with pure, extreme and pioneering design concepts, creating a more elegant and luxurious temperament.
The design of the front of the new car is very similar to that of xiaopeng P7, using the familiar split headlights plus through-type light strips. At first glance, it looks like pulling the Xiaopeng P7 up in place.
In terms of body, the overall design of Xiaopeng G9 is very stable, and the B and C pillars adopt a hidden design, with hidden door handles, and the overall look and feel is very comfortable. At the same time, the short front suspension lengthens the rear suspension and then lengthens the wheelbase, the proportion is very coordinated, and with the 21-inch low wind resistance wheel design, it creates a luxurious and elegant visual feeling like a yacht.
The rear design is conservative in style, creating a good three-dimensional feeling through curved surfaces and polylines. The through-led rear tail light group has a high degree of recognition, and the height is flush with the tail polyline position, which plays a role in outlining and embellishment.
Xiaopeng G9 adopts X-EEA 3.0 electronic and electrical architecture, and adds 800V high-voltage charging technology, which can increase the endurance of more than 200 kilometers in 5 minutes with 480kW high-voltage overcharge pile.
Comments: Previously, Xiaopeng Automobile had announced that it expected sales of 250,000 units in 2022, and it is expected that the sales volume of Xiaopeng G9 models will account for 14%. It can be deduced that the expected annual sales of the Xiaopeng G9 is 35,000 units. But if deliveries start in late August, there are less than five months left, and the capacity of new vehicles may be the most worrying issue to meet the sales target of 35,000 units.
