The god of wealth arrived

Granaritch 2008

Glenwitt 2006

Who can say no to [the God of Wealth].

Select a single malt whisky

The taste is rich and moist, and the aftertaste is not scattered

The years are like songs, pushing the cup to change the cup

Feel the tenderness of the night in the midst of the hustle and bustle

Experience the stirring of the soul in the tranquility

There are not necessarily people in the world who understand you

But there's always a wine that understands you

It's like a tunnel through time

The story that came rushing in, in silence

Tell you what a lasting taste is

St. Frig bottling, fortuna first bet on the sherry barrel -

Glenwirt 2006 & Grana Ridge 2008

May your Year of the Tiger be peaceful and joyful, and your fortunes prosperous

About Saint-Fli

Know Your Wine Of The Year Selection – Glenwitz 2006 & Granaritch 2008, from Saint-Frie, one of the world's three largest independent bottling brands.

Founded in 1988 by Andrew Simington, St. Ferley's bottling plant uses pure barrels, which are basically free of other barrels of whiskey, and have barrel and bottle numbers on the label.

The liquor Andrew has purchased over the years has become a legend of whisky, Laforge in the '60s and '70s, McAllen in 1949, Porter Allen in the '70s, and Abbe in 1967. Even to this day, Andrew is careful to keep the good barrels from flowing out prematurely. Arguably, Saint-Fré is the epitome of a modern, successful independent bottler.

About the winery

Glenlivet, Scotland, is famous for its location at 900 feet above sea level and unique natural conditions. As the world's premier peak luxury single malt Scotch whisky, Glenwitt originated in the Levy Valley since 1824, and in 1884, the Grivelet brand was legally approved to become the only Scotch whisky brand entitled to use the name Of Glenlivet under the title of "The Glenlivet".

With its excellent quality, deep history and signature smooth and rich taste, Glenwirt whisky has become the best and treasure treasure of single malt whisky lovers around the world, and is known as the "source of single malt whisky".

As we all know, Glenlivet in Scotland was the hand-picked imperial wine of King George IV when he visited Scotland, and Granthwaite also became the first local distillery to obtain the legal production of whiskey, breaking the private brewing atmosphere, taking the lead in becoming the first legal distillery and opening the legend of a single malt.

For nearly 200 years, as the source of single malt whisky, Grantwater has been admired and imitated by the world. Today, the Guardians of Grantwater, like George Smith, hold fast to and pass on this "back to its roots" single malt whisky.

It all started with Scottish barley. Glenwitt's skilled malt master soaks the rich grain in water for several days. Once the barley is germinated, it is heated to dry the barley, and then the barley becomes "malted". The unique malting process means that peat is not used during the drying process. This preserves all the natural flavors and aromas of barley.

Grivert's copper tank stills are different from the rest. Their unique lantern shape has remained unchanged through the generations, and the stills are very tall to ensure that only the lightest steam reaches the top, resulting in a delicate but sophisticated style.

The resulting liquid is divided into head, center and tail liquids, and only the central solution is aged in selected European and American oak barrels. From the beginning of its inception to the present, Grant has been adhering to the concept of "slow work and fine work", with professional standards, exquisite craftsmanship and rigorous attitude to create high-quality whiskies.

Glenwitt 2006 style features

With aromas and floral notes of fruits (pineapple, pear, apple). Glenwitt 2006 is bright pale golden yellow. Floral and fruity notes blend into delicate aromas like summer breezes, the soft and rich charm of ripe plums and ripe apricots, oak combined with vanilla and stone fruit to balance the overall fruity aroma, and finally leave the aroma of charcoal-roasted barley.

Typical of the Speyser whiskey, with gentle, supple aromas of summer fruits and spring flowers, floral notes glide softly through the taste buds, smooth, sweet fruity notes like white peaches and pears cooked in vanilla syrup, and the aftertaste is slowly emitted with almond sugar and fresh hazelnuts, ending with a hint of ginger's spicy flavor. Suitable for pairing with a variety of cuisines.

Located in Aberlour in scotland, England, The GlenAllachie is now owned by The GlenAllachie Distillers Company Limited and is one of Scotland's youngest distilleries.
