There are also two monitors on the east and west sides of the color steel room, and a sign is hung, "Everyone has the responsibility to protect cultural relics." This is the "Song Nian Tombstone" of the Qing Dynasty.
It is said that this tombstone is also ill-fated, it is said that because the construction of Tiantongyuan has been moved twice, the original location of the underground palace has nowhere to be found.
Walking to the front of the color steel room, I found that this huge double-headed turtle stele was actually in a huge deep pit, and there was a simple iron ladder on the west side of the pit, but the exit of the ladder was locked, and it could only be seen through the net bar.

Some teachers have examined that this piece is the sealing monument of Song Nian's parents, and there was originally a sealed stele of Song Nian's grandfather and grandmother, which has been moved to Changping Stone Carving Garden. As for Song Nian's own tombstone, it has long been gone.
There are also reliefs on both sides of the tombstone, and a dragon from the pool below, soaring through the clouds, spitting out a dragon ball to play. Also on the left and right sides of the stele, there are four on the left and right, two on the top and bottom, and a total of twelve dragon play beads are carved.
The turtle stele is also very beautiful, but unfortunately, the original turtle head was cut off at some point, and the neck was prominently broken. Now it is the turtle head with the back, the carving is relatively blunt, and there is no aura. But the original strong turtle feet, neat tortoise shells, and delicate turtle tails are very vivid.
The most wonderful thing is actually the water plate under the stone stele. The water plate is composed of four huge strips of stones, front and back, left and right, and each of the four corners of the water disk has a dragon frolicking in the whirlpool. In the ripples of water on the left side, you can also see a carp in the air, a crab with double pincers held high. I think there should also be a corresponding turtle turtle shrimp mussel on the right side, but the carving surface has floating soil and the distance is too far to see the details.
