Among the exhibits are rare paper-cut smoking samples from Jiaodong in the Republic of China period, the works of Zhang Yongshou, the outstanding inheritor of Yangzhou paper-cutting, and the late Chinese master of arts and crafts, "Plum", "Orchid", "Bamboo" and "Chrysanthemum".
Li Yingjie, a representative inheritor of li Yingjie's folk paper-cutting skills in Shenyang's municipal intangible cultural heritage representative project, won the silver medal of arts and crafts at the Fifth International Cultural and Creative Exposition of the Ministry of Culture, "Qingming On the River Map", a long scroll of Jilin author Jiang Yujuan's huge long scroll work "Hundred Tiger Maps", and Kangping County author Han Diancai's huge long scroll work "Hundred Horse Maps" let the audience feast their eyes.

Zhejiang author Hu Zhen treasured for a long time the paper-cut work "Ci" has never been publicly exhibited, this work is based on the painter Li Zijian's oil painting works created, because without the authorization of the original author, the work has been silent at home, the organizing committee learned of the reason, after several trips to contact the original author and obtain authorization, this work can be in this year's paper-cutting festival with everyone to meet;
The teachers and students of the Academy of Fine Arts of Bohai University not only selected more than 50 works, but also created the "Culture Shenyang" series of works to support the efforts and contributions made by Shenyang to inherit the art of paper-cutting.
