Watching the show from the beginning, many people said that the material red brick concrete is not good, and the structure is not good to build a second floor.
In fact, in my opinion, it is the wrong starting point of the design.
What the designer thinks is, "I'm going to leave a piece here." He ignored that this was to "build" a house for Uncle Du.
As a result, the force was too strong, and all the force was sent in the wrong direction.
Where you fall, you get up.
Recently, the finale of the issue of "Dream Transforming Home" made people's eyes light up, and many people said: "Look at the crying, the home transformed for 20 children, let me re-believe in the power of design!" ”

This time the transformation is located in Dongsheng Village, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, and the transformation of "Big Fish Public Welfare Mother Farm".
There are more than 20 children here, seven "parents".
Kitagawa was the hardest hit by the 2008 May 12 earthquake, and many children in Kitagawa lost their homes that year.
It was also from that year that the Big Fish Public Welfare Mother Farm was built to house more than 20 children whose families had suffered changes and give them a warm home.
Here, they learn, work, grow vegetables, ride, play... Learn in life and grow in learning.
In order to give the children a better home, Big Fish Public Welfare Mother Farm signed up for "Dream Transformation Home", and the starting point is also very simple, that is, to make the children live happier in this home.

For this transformation, the program team invited six designers.
They live with children, eat and sleep together, grow vegetables and feed pigs, and go deep into the countryside to experience the customs and customs.
The designer also visited each child's home and chatted with the children, and in this aimless small talk, he learned about the children's desires and needs.
Here, design is not on top, designers only have one wish, through design, bit by bit to help these children.
The big fish public welfare mother farm before the transformation is an abandoned farmhouse.
The farm covers a large area, with a total of 800 square meters of dormitories, 500 square meters of public areas, a total of 1300 square meters of buildings, 1300 square meters of square meters of square, 200 square meters of outdoor functional areas, 3 acres of farmland.
Judging from the situation on the site, the conditions of the whole farm are very simple. The drying area is dark and damp.
The lighting in the kitchen is also poor, and the oil smoke is also very large, which is not conducive to the physical and mental health of children and adults.
There are very few seats in the library, and some of the shelves have begun to shake, which is a safety hazard.
The children's dormitory area is also dark and damp, and there are no children's own lockers, and the children's personal belongings do not know where to put them.
He was the eleventh child to come to the farm, and he was usually very troubled, there was no place for him to store the scarf left by his father, and he was always mixed with his friends' things.
For the transformation of the future home, every child has endless ideas.
Some want a tree house, and when they are unhappy, they can stay alone and talk to their parents in the sky.
There are also children who draw a picture.
I want a yard with a big tree in the yard and a swing to play with the happiest every day.
The careful wishes of these children are cherished by designers.
They re-planned the entire farm into several zones, each with a different function.
The remodeled farm is no longer the farm that was once abandoned. Leave such a fairytale white house.
The outdoor plaza preserves the basketball court that children love, and the venue has been remodeled, with added lighting facilities and sports facilities such as table tennis.
This way the kids can play on the floodlit court.
The rain gallery is designed in the shape of a cloud, full of childlike fun, and also makes full use of the gray space of the courtyard.
Best of all, you can also climb from under the rain gallery to the top of the clouds, in the transparent bubble starry sky house, to see the scenery, or to see the stars at night.
The mountain-shaped eaves echo the environment surrounded by mountains here, and also add a lighting surface, which also adds a place for children to play.
There are also a lot of recessed seats under the eaves, swings, just on the edge of the tree, the children's wishes are perfectly fulfilled!
The clouds and mountains echo each other, depicting the beauty of home.
The designer hopes that no matter how far the children go, their hearts will not be full of hatred for this mountain, and when they think of their hometown, they will have a beautiful appearance of white clouds and mountains.

The reading room of the original farm was converted by them into a stepped children's library.
There is also a video room and an activity room.
Every child can read a book in the most comfortable position here.
The platform is open, and there are also small school bags for children inside.
Pull down the curtain at night, it is the children's favorite private cinema.
The small space outside the library has also been fully utilized by the designer, making a patio for lighting, using cloud-shaped lighting, which is sunny during the day and can also be illuminated by shiny clouds at night.
There was also a soft pebble sofa, the children were happy and broken, and a group of people were lying on the sofa, which was too comfortable.
The dining room and kitchen are separated so that no fumes enter the dining room and affect the health of the children.
The overall tone is gray + wood color, which has a MUJI-style feeling and looks very fresh.
The island of the original kitchen remains so that children can go to the kitchen to help together.
And the designer also specially considered the height of the island, so that children can also get it.
The seats throughout the restaurant can be put together, and everyone can eat round tables together in the evening, and children can eat at their own single table during the day.
The restaurant is also multi-functional, it is also a children's handicraft activity room, children's works, also displayed on the display wall.

The dormitories are also divided into male dormitories and female dormitories, separated by two separate courtyards, and can also be interconnected when needed.
Look at the bunks in the boys' dormitories, which are better than many college students' dormitories!
There are wide steps to climb, reducing safety hazards, and children have desks to write homework together.
Each bed also has a sliding curtain, and when the curtain is closed, it has its own independent space. And the kids have their own private storage space.
Older kids, and a room for two people. On one side is the study area and on the other side is the sleeping area.
The bedside has its own private storage space, and there is no need to worry about losing Dad's scarf.
Girls' dormitory, and dream little garden.
Friends can play in the garden and hide in tents at night to count the stars.
The whole dormitory creates a family-like atmosphere, with four beds in the four corners of the room, a large table in the middle, where the little girls can read books and play with toys...
In order to protect the privacy of girls, a separate washing area is also set up here.

In addition to the boys' and girls' dormitories, there are also some rooms that are reserved for volunteers and visiting families.

The secret space for boys is a starry sky room, which creates a starry scene in the universe through lighting, so that children are interested in cosmic exploration from an early age.

The outdoor farm has also been re-organized.
In addition to the vegetable growing area, there are also "rabbit houses" and "insect houses", which are transformed into a small pet paradise.

In order to let the children better understand nature, each plant has a name tag, and an observation mirror is added to allow the children to see these animals and plants from a microscopic point of view.
