The interior and configuration of the new model have not yet been announced, and it is not expected that there will be too many changes with the current model, the electrification components may be more, and the interior style is still sports-oriented, such as the configuration of sports seats and sports instruments.

Referring to the release rules of previous models, BMW will take the lead in releasing a new generation of 5 series in 2023, and launch a pure electric version of the 5 series-i5. The M5 may require the end of 2023 or early 2024, as BMW performance models will usually be released 6 months later than the regular model, but the possibility of early release is also excluded.
