method

1. Cut the white tofu into chunks and blanch the water.

2. Blanch the spinach in water and cut into inches (put some salt and oil in the water).

3. Slice the meat with starch, rice wine, pepper, salt and oyster sauce.

4. Pour the broth and tofu into a pot at the same time and bring to a boil over medium heat.
