On December 29, 2021, the website of the Hunan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a notice on the sampling inspection of 962 batches of food safety (Issue 41, 2021). According to the inspection and judgment of food-related standards, 1 batch of wine samples is unqualified.

According to the notice, recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling, and 2 batches of samples were unqualified.
Pujiamei wine produced by the collection distillery in Moutai Town, Renhuai City, Guizhou Province, is nominally called Pujiamei wine, of which the cyclamate (measured in terms of cyclohexyl aminosulfonic acid) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Zunyi Product Quality Inspection and Testing Institute.

The nominal Beijing City Xinhuamen Liquor Co., Ltd. entrusted Baodingfu Xinhuamen Liquor Co., Ltd. to produce a batch of Beijing Erguotou liquor produced by Hengtai Mass Sale in Yinghao Town, Shichi County, with an alcohol content detection value of 38.2% vol and a standard of 41 to 43% vol. The inspection institution is Henan Food Inspection and Research Institute. After investigation by the grass-roots bureau, the product was suspected of counterfeiting.
The 1 batch of pure grain raw pulp wine produced by the nominal Luzhou Jiuquan Distillery sold in Xiangcheng County's New Home Life Square has an alcohol content detection value of 29.7% vol and a standard provision of 49.0 to 51.0% vol. The inspection institution is Henan Hairuizheng Testing Technology Co., Ltd.
On December 28, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Fengshun County, Guangdong Province, announced the information on food supervision and sampling in the 7th session of 2021. In this period, 3 batches of unqualified wine samples were sampled.
In view of the sampling of unqualified products, the Fengshun County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau promptly required the business unit to immediately take measures such as removing the shelves to control the risks and investigate and deal with them according to law, and at the same time record the relevant situation in the food safety credit file of food producers and traders.
