According to the notice, the sampling product is bulk liquor (production date: March 1, 2021, nominal producer name: Suzhou Chuangang Liquor Co., Ltd., specification model: bulk (50l/barrel) 54% vol), seller: Chen Wangming, address: Xinglin Village, Gaoqiao Street, Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province (West 2nd Room), sampling date is April 28, 2021. On May 28, 2021, Zhejiang Hongzheng Testing Co., Ltd. issued an inspection report, numbered 202102607, and the inspection conclusion was: Cyclamate (measured in terms of cyclohexylsulfamic acid) project does not meet the requirements of gb 2760-2014 "National Standard for Food Safety Food Additive Use Standards", and the inspection conclusion is unqualified.

According to the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, according to the "On-site Inspection Record" produced by law enforcement officers on June 2, 2021 and the "Inquiry Record" produced on June 22, 2021, the batch of products was purchased in total 450l, which was only used for sampling 0.75l, was not sold to the outside world, and did not receive relevant complaints from consumers about the batch of products. At the same time, the bureau organized law enforcement personnel to inspect the scene and ordered the parties to make corrections immediately. According to the "National Standard for Food Safety And The Standard for the Use of Food Additives" (gb2760-2014), cyclamate can be used in beverages, pastries, compound seasonings, dispensed wine and other foods, but it is not allowed to be used in liquor. The addition of cyclamate to liquor may not reflect the harm to the body in the short term, but the process, product structure and molecular structure of liquor have their particularities, and cyclamate may produce some other reactions in liquor, and drinking time will cause harm to the body.
