In particular, consumers are reminded that the purchase of alcohol products should go through formal channels.
Recently, the Jiangsu Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a notice on 12 batches of unqualified food (No. 1 of 2021), of which 1 batch of alcohol products was unqualified.

Tips: That is, the ethanol concentration (volume percentage) in the wine, refers to the number of milliliters of ethanol in 100 ml of wine at 20 °C. Alcohol content is an important quality index of wine products, and failure to meet the standard will affect the quality of wine. The reason for the unqualified alcohol content may be that the production process of the production enterprise is improperly controlled and the inspection capacity is insufficient, resulting in deviations in the alcohol content; it may also be that the ethanol volatilization is caused by improper packaging and improper storage and transportation, resulting in a decrease in the alcohol content; it may also be that the enterprise uses low-grade wine to pass off as high-alcohol in order to reduce costs.
Recently, the Heilongjiang Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued a notice on the unqualified situation of 10 batches of food (No. 2 of 2021), of which 2 batches of alcohol products were unqualified.
The liquor produced by the nominal Jiayin County Grain Bin Liquor Co., Ltd. sold by the Musenshan Specialty Store in Yichun District, and the red sorghum (liquor) produced by the nominal Harbin Xingquan Liquor Co., Ltd. sold by the Dongfanghong Supermarket in Tongjiang City do not meet the product label label value, and the inspection agency is the Harbin Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
On January 13, the website of the Hunan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau released 335 batches of food safety sampling inspections, of which many batches of alcohol products were unqualified.
The nominal Liquor and Yellow Wine produced by Xusheng Distillery in Guidong County; the Dongzang Yangmei Red Wine produced by the Yangmei Zhi love distillery in Jingzhou County; the Zhentu Liquor (Lujiu) produced by the Yulushan Zhentu Specialty Store in Tongdao Dong Autonomous County, and the nominal Hunan Gongwang Liquor Co., Ltd. produces the Huangwang Wine (Dew Liquor), and the alcohol content items do not meet the explicit requirements of the product; the inspection agency is the Hunan Provincial Commodity Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
It is worth noting that the methanol project of qingmei fruit wine sold by Liuyang Yugong Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., nominally produced by Liuyang Hongdu Distillery, does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards. Liuyang Hongdu Distillery objected to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Hunan Provincial Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the preliminary inspection conclusion was maintained.
Tips: Methanol is one of the main components of industrial alcohol, methanol in alcoholic foods is not qualified, may be the illegal use of industrial alcohol in the production and processing process, or it may be that the enterprise does not control the production of raw materials or improper control of the production process. Methanol has a certain toxicity, excessive intake of methanol is easy to cause poisoning, methanol in the body to transform metabolites such as formaldehyde, formic acid, etc., can cause vision loss, optic nerve atrophy and other symptoms.
On January 13, the website of the Henan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau announced 38 batches of unqualified food, of which 2 batches of alcohol products were unqualified.
The 1 batch of Yizhu whole juice rosé wine produced by Xinjiang Yizhu Wine Co., Ltd., which is sold by the liquor store (the operator is Luoyang Jiutao Trading Co., Ltd.), has a detected value of cyclamate (measured by cyclohexylsulfamic acid) of 0.000162g/kg, and the standard stipulates that it must not be used. The inspection agency is the Minquan County Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Center.
Wal-Mart (Henan) Department Store Co., Ltd. Hebi Hemei Avenue Branch sells the nominal Xiamen Fuergui Liquor Co., Ltd. operation, Suqian Yanghe Town Suguan Distillery production of 1 batch of Taijin sorghum wine, alcohol detection value does not meet the product explicit standards and quality requirements, the inspection agency is Kaifeng Food and Drug Inspection Institute.
For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned supervision and sampling inspection, the market supervision department of the region where the producer and operator is located has carried out verification and disposal in accordance with the provisions of the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection", ordering the illegal producers and operators to remove the shelves, recall the unqualified products, thoroughly investigate the cause of the problem and comprehensively rectify, and the notice of the verification and disposal of unqualified food will be published in the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
