Jing Junhai, secretary of the Jilin Provincial Party Committee, attended the event and announced the completion of the factory and put into operation. FAW Jiefang J7 Vehicle Intelligent Factory took only 18 months from start to production, which fully embodied the spirit of FAW and the speed of Jilin and added impetus to the "14th Five-Year Plan" Jilin revitalization and development. He hoped that FAW Group would seize the opportunity of the "four modernizations" of the automobile industry, drive full horsepower and full-load production, promote the acceleration of the production capacity of Jiefang Automobile, and let the national brand go to the world and enjoy a global reputation.
Xu Liuping, chairman of the board of directors and secretary of the party committee of China FAW Group, said at the inauguration ceremony that the inauguration and operation of FAW Jiefang J7 Vehicle Intelligent Factory marks that FAW Jiefang has embarked on a new stage of development of high-end intelligence, green environmental protection and ultimate excellence, and also marks a solid step in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of China FAW Commercial Vehicles, and also marks the addition of new connotations and new engines to the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry in Jilin Province.
J7 Vehicle Intelligent Factory is located in China FAW plant area, covers an area of 55,500 square meters, with a total investment of 1.125 billion yuan, design annual production capacity of 50,000 units, broke ground in June 2020, took more than 500 days to complete. Relying on the industrial Internet, big data and other latest digital technologies, the intelligent factory in the global commercial vehicle industry pioneered robot and AGV collaborative, unmanned, intelligent tire assembly technology, in the domestic commercial vehicle industry pioneered the vehicle intelligent online calibration, automatic frame unloading and intelligent marshalling, functional hole intelligent laser engraving and other technologies, through intelligent logistics distribution, automatic intelligent gluing assembly, oil intelligent accompanying filling, vehicle intelligent detection, electronic control data brushing and detection based on order management mode and other technologies It has built a leading edge in technology and created a new intelligent manufacturing model of personalized customization and network collaboration.
