IT Home December 15 news, yesterday, FAW Jiefang J7 vehicle intelligent factory completion and commissioning ceremony was held in Changchun. As a J7 heavy truck slowly drove down from the production line, the J7 smart factory officially entered the mass production stage.
IT Home learned that the J7 vehicle intelligent factory is located in the FAW plant area of China, covering an area of 55,500 square meters, with a total investment of 1.125 billion yuan and a design annual production capacity of 50,000 vehicles, breaking ground in June 2020 and taking more than 500 days to complete.
FAW Jiefang said that relying on the latest digital technologies such as the industrial Internet and big data, the smart factory pioneered the robot and AGV synergistic, unmanned and intelligent tire assembly technology in the global commercial vehicle industry, and pioneered a number of technologies in the domestic commercial vehicle industry, such as intelligent online calibration of the whole vehicle, automatic unloading and intelligent marshalling of the frame, intelligent laser engraving of functional holes, etc., and built a new model of intelligent manufacturing.
