The materials required are:

Ingredients: Ginger, garlic, onion, celery, green onion, red pepper, dried red pepper (including 2 wattles and bell peppers), chives. Vegetarian dishes: 1000 sheets, corn, potatoes, cucumbers, konjac tofu, coriander (you can choose your favorite vegetables to match)

Step 1: Meat handling, change the knife
Pig loin: the pig loin bought back needs to remove the white objects inside, so as not to smell very fishy, you can ask for direct removal from the vendor, the pig loin here of the Ming sister is removed from the vendor, their knife is faster. Precautions: raw soy sauce, oil consumption, old soy sauce inside are salt, so do not overdose when adding salt, resulting in too salty. If there is no old smoke, you can replace it with soy sauce at home.
Corn kernels can be marinated with beef, potato chips konjac tofu can be marinated with pork hind leg meat, and thousands of skins can be marinated with a little salt alone. (If you don't like heavy taste, you can not pickle in the material, and cook it directly under the pan when eating)
