Most of the people in my traditional yoga classes are middle-aged and elderly. When I was in class, sometimes I would teach the Standing Pile, the Yijin Sutra, and I was very interested. But there was no opportunity to learn.
After yoga, traditional wellness will be the next hot spot in the health market.
With the continuous improvement of national fitness awareness, various fitness sports emerge in an endless stream, and traditional Chinese health skills such as Yijin Jing and Baduanjin have not been vigorously promoted, and the market needs a large number of excellent and orthodox Chinese health care teachers to inherit Chinese traditional culture and let Chinese cultural treasures benefit the Chinese people.
