Staple food is not "main", non-staple food is not "side", meat, eggs, milk, fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, aquatic products, etc. are becoming the "main theme" on the tables of urban and rural residents.

In the early days of reform and opening up, 80% of the people's food was staple food, and a bowl of rice with a little pickles, a little chili, and even soy sauce bibimbap was a meal. Now it is common to eat a small bowl of rice and a few dishes every day.

Three meals a day, firewood, rice, oil and salt. On the basis of guaranteeing food rations, making food categories more abundant, food structure more optimized, and food supply more secure, the "big food concept" steadily holds up the happiness of the people's tongues.
