On April 27, 2022, Porsche China officially announced the official guidance price of the Taycan Cross Turismo, a total of 4 models were released for the new car, with a price range of 968,000 to 1.838 million yuan, and the new Taycan GTS was launched at the same time, and its official guidance price was 1.392 million yuan. So far, the Taycan family has 9 models in China.
As a derivative of the Taycan, the Taycan Cross Turismo continues the Taycan model currently on sale in the overall design, and perfectly presents the shape of the Mission E Cross Turismo concept car. As a crossover multi-purpose vehicle, the Taycan Cross Turismo pays more attention to the off-road capabilities of the model, so it is also inclined in design. The wheel arch trims, front and rear lower skirts, and side sills are all full of off-road style.
As part of the Off-Road Design assembly, the corners of the front and rear bumpers and the ends of the sills are equipped with special skid plates to effectively prevent the impact of stones.
The body design of the hunting version is the biggest difference between the new car and the regular version of the Taycan, and the designer used the Porsche flying line with both elegance and sport to outline the taycan Cross Turismo's most beautiful rear design. Compared to the regular Taycan, the Taycan Cross Turismo has 47 mm more passenger head space in the rear.
The 2022 Taycan model is equipped with a panoramic sunroof with light control and is applied to the newly released Taycan Cross Tursimo and Taycan GTS models.
The entire sunroof is divided into nine individually controllable zones, which can be toggled with just a finger click: including "Clear", "Matt", "Semi" and "Bold". The sunroof even enables a dynamic "roller shutter" function: when the Taycan driver swipes his finger across the sunroof icon in the display, the corresponding sections are activated sequentially.

All four models feature a high-tech chassis with all-wheel drive and adaptive air suspension as standard, with a 20mm increase in median ground clearance in "Normal" driving mode and up to 30 mm higher than the Taycan with optional Off-Road Design components, giving the Taycan Cross Turismo excellent passability on both on-road and off-road terrain.
The standard gravel mode "Gravel Mode" is designed for light off-road terrain such as sand and dirt roads to ensure power delivery and precise driving control, enhancing the Taycan Cross Turismo's ability to adapt to driving on uneven roads.
In terms of power, the Taycan Cross Turismo offers 4 power versions of the model, all equipped with a 93.4 kWh high-performance battery upgrade as standard, and the CLTC cruising range exceeds 469km. The most powerful Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo has accelerated by up to 2.9s per 100 km/h, only 0.1 s less than the Taycan Turbo S's 2.8s 100 km/h.
