Chrono Cross, a classic JRPG game released in 1999 on the original PlayStation console, is confirmed to be re-released as a Remaster remake of Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition, which will be released in April 2022.
Developed by the pre-merged Square company, the story is set in a very different parallel world, with the protagonist Sergey going through a time-travel to understand the existence of different timelines between the original world and the other world.
There are more than 40 friends who can join the team in Time and Space, and the story portrayal of each character is well received by the community, and the music of the game by Yasunori Mitsuda is highly acclaimed.
According to the official website, the Remaster remake of Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition includes 3D module high-quality processing, picture scale adjustment, combat system automation and BGM sound enhancement, new vertical painting and additional convenience features.
Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition will be available on April 7, when it will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and Steam (April 8), though the game doesn't appear to support Chinese.
