On April 27, the Porsche electric model Taycan was renewed: the first GTS model, the Taycan GTS, and the first crossover, the Taycan Cross Turismo, were launched for pre-sale. The former enriches the product configuration of the Taycan coupe, and the latter brings the Taycan into the family era. In addition, the Taycan Cross Turismo offers the most expensive pure electric model on the market , the Turbo S version for sale starting at 1.838 million yuan.

With the introduction of the CrossTurismo model, the Taycan has also evolved from a single coupe model to a family model that combines coupes and crossovers, and the number of models has also increased to 9, becoming another thriving family under Porsche.
The crossover's positioning broadens the Taycan Cross Turismo's driving scene to the road, track and off-road. More ample rear seating space and luggage compartment loading enhance comfort and convenience on long journeys, significantly improving everyday practicality. The Taycan Cross Turismo is available in four models, all with all-wheel drive and adaptive air suspension as standard, with ground clearance up to 30 mm higher than the Taycan in "Normal" driving mode. The standard gravel mode "Gravel Mode" is designed for light off-road terrain such as sand and dirt roads to ensure power delivery and precise driving control, enhancing the Taycan Cross Turismo's ability to adapt to driving on uneven roads.
At the same time, crossover models also provide more open space. Compared to the regular Taycan, the Taycan Cross Turismo has 47 mm more head space for rear passengers, and with the panoramic fixed glass sunroof that is standard in the Chinese market, the enhanced sense of space and transparency makes the seat more comfortable. Luggage compartment volume increased to 1,212 litres, large tailgate design for easy access to luggage, and storage components such as compartment nets, luggage hooks and luggage retention belts ensure that the luggage compartment is neat and tidy to better meet different travel needs.
The Taycan Cross Turismo is available in 4 powered versions, all with a 93.4 kWh high-performance battery upgrade as standard, and the maximum output power is also increased to 280 kW to 460 kW. The maximum cruising range (CLTC) is 523 km. Correspondingly, the price of the Taycan Cross Turismo also hit a new high for the Taycan family. In this pre-sale model, the benchmark price of the Turbo S version reached 1.838 million yuan, which has surpassed the Mercedes-Benz EQS pure electric sedan, coupled with Porsche's consistent choice, taycan Cross Turismo has secured the throne of the most expensive pure electric vehicle on the market.
At the same time, Porsche also introduced a GTS version of the Taycan. The GTS model with a power level between the Taycan 4S and Turbo costs 1.392 million yuan and has a range extended to 538 kilometers, making it the longest in the Taycan family.
