Dongshe Catholic Church is located in Dongshe Village, Xishe Town, Jiaocheng County. Facing north and south, it is 33.1 meters long from east to west, 31.3 meters wide from north to south, and covers an area of 1036 square meters. Dongshe Catholic Church was founded in the 33rd year of the Qing Dynasty (1907) by the Catholic Diocese of Taiyuan, and the existing buildings are relics of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. The church consists of two houses, the east and the west, and the east courtyard is an empty field. The southern end of the central axis of the west courtyard is the main hall, and the northern end is the main room and the attic. The main hall is a building of the Republic of China period, with five rooms in width, four rafters in depth, five beam-type beams, and a single eaves on the top of the hard hill. The attic is a two-story Qing Dynasty building, the lower level is wide, brick on four sides, the south side opens the brick gate, the second level is wide, the depth is four rafters, and the roll shed is a hard mountain top.
