Weakened 2 heroes

(1) Adjustment of Xiang Yu

Xiang Yu will usher in another adjustment in the new season:

Second Skill (Specialized Hardcover): The first general attack recovery effect of the second skill (special hardcover) has been adjusted from the original recovery 8%+2% to × the lost health of the skill level→ 6%+2% × the damaged health of the skill level, reducing the recovery effect by 2%.

(1) Guan Yu's adjustment

Guan Yu's adjustment this time is actually an optimization:

Originally, the experience suit planning actually strengthened Guan Yu's passivity, but later because the test data was too much, because Fly's Guan Yu in the game was too bright and called. (2) Shen Mengxi's adjustment

Shen Mengxi's adjustment this time is still relatively large:

Skill 2 (Enhanced): The effect of the second skill is adjusted to displace in the specified direction within 5 seconds after the bomb is ignited, and if it is not actively detonated, the flame will be extinguished and a bomb returned within 5 seconds.

Although Shen Mengxi's win rate and appearance rate in the whole section are relatively low, in fact, this hero's performance in the high-end game is very good. Taking the data of April 4 as an example, Shen Mengxi's win rate in the top game was 52.65%, and the appearance rate was 20.3%. After this strengthening, I think Shen Mengxi's statistics in the top game will improve again, and it is not a dream to reach a win rate of 54%.

(3) Chang'e's adjustment

Chang'e's adjustment seems very simple, but it actually affects many heroes:

Passive (adjusted): Chang'e's mana block effect is no longer considered a shield.

When the mana blocking effect is no longer regarded as a shield, Chang'e is no longer afraid of Galo and the True Wounded Hero, which is obviously a very big boost. Correspondingly, Chang'e also lost the hidden effect of the shield - lost the ability to stop the opponent from sucking blood.

Compared with what was gained and lost, it is clear that Chang'e gained more, so I think Chang'e's adjustment this time is a big strengthening.

(4) Zhuge Liang's adjustment

Zhuge Liang's adjustment is very simple:

Although the CD time of the skill after reaching the level is still 5 seconds, the cooldown time reduced in the early stage is solid. It seems that it is only a little bit lower the CD time, but everyone must not forget that a skill is the most important output skill in Zhuge Liang's early stage, and this strengthening is actually more critical.

Summary: Zhuge Liang's intensity is improved, and I personally feel that the winning rate can be increased by at least 1% (if the appearance rate is not greatly improved).

Mad Iron's adjustment is mainly focused on the big move, and the plan adds an arc effect to his big move:

Berserk Iron creates a phone when it unleashes a big move, and this arc not only deals damage, but also steals the movement speed of the hit heroes and grants Mad Iron (30 points per hero). In addition, the higher the level of the three skills, the greater the range of the arc.

Although the increased movement speed does not ensure that the output environment of Mad Iron is greatly improved, it is also a pure enhancement anyway, so Mad Iron players should be snickering (I am afraid that there will be weakening in the future~).
