The government work report proposes to adhere to the "double carbon" leadership, optimize the four major structures, and accelerate the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development. Introduce action plans and supporting policies and measures for the adjustment of space, industry, transportation and energy structures, and shape new advantages in urban competition. In terms of promoting the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure, Chengdu will accelerate the development of the new energy automobile industry and promote the coordinated design and production of batteries, motors, and electronic controls.

Yuan Liangming's company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and manufacturing of new energy buses. Yuan Liangming told reporters that at present, the company has more than 4,000 new energy buses put into the Chengdu market, "Chengdu bus system new energy replacement has achieved very significant results, all buses in Chengdu can reduce CO2 exhaust emissions by more than 4,000 tons per day after replacing them with new energy vehicles, which is one of the important measures of carbon neutrality goals." ”

For how to further promote the development of the new energy automobile industry, Yuan Liangming also put forward his own suggestions.

First of all, it is recommended to introduce a new energy commercial vehicle development plan, exchange the market for investment, cultivate the leader, form a chain owner, and build a "research, supply, production and marketing" new energy commercial vehicle industry ecosystem integrating "core materials - key components - complete vehicles". "At present, there are still some bottlenecks in the development of new energy vehicles, such as some key components, core materials, etc. are mainly purchased from other places, so the cost is high and the efficiency is low." Therefore, it is crucial for Chengdu to establish an industrial ecosystem for new energy vehicles, build a good platform, introduce more excellent upstream and downstream enterprises, form an ecosystem and industrial chain, and integrate resources. ”

Secondly, the introduction of talents is also the focus of Yuan Liangming's attention. "Chengdu's talent policy is very good, and it has a strong attraction for high-end technical talents. On this basis, I propose to introduce relevant policies for skilled talents to attract more skilled talents. "Yuan Liangming said that the research and development of new energy vehicles requires high-end technical talents, but manufacturing and production need more skilled talents." For example, some types of jobs such as welders and electricians with good skills who do not have high academic qualifications are very much needed talents for new energy vehicle manufacturing. It is hoped that Chengdu can introduce relevant talent policies to build a platform, give opportunities and give preferential treatment for skilled talents. ”

At the same time, Yuan Liangming also suggested that the construction of hydrogen energy bus demonstration lines should be implemented as soon as possible, policy support should be given to the research and development and production of hydrogen energy buses, logistics vehicles, trucks, etc., and the construction of hydrogen refueling station demonstration bases should be promoted as soon as possible to lay a solid foundation for the development of hydrogen energy technology.
