The video shows a volunteer wearing a red hat and protective clothing kneeling in front of two people, one of whom leaves the picture with a child in his arms, and then the volunteer also gets up and leaves. In the video, in addition to the volunteers and two elderly people on the Internet, there are two other people on the side.

The Red Star News reporter learned that the incident occurred in Tianhe Liyuan Community in Beichen District, Tianjin City, and belonged to Tianmu Town, Beichen District.

In response to the above incident, on January 13, the Red Star News reporter called the Tianmu Town People's Government, and the staff responded to the Red Star News reporter that the two parties are currently holding their own opinions, and the police are taking evidence to investigate. "The information transmitted online is not entirely true." The staff member also made it clear that the object of the volunteers' kneeling was not the parents of the director of the Tianhe Liyuan Community Neighborhood Committee, who had been rumored online.

The Red Star News reporter also contacted the Tianmu Police Station of the Beichen Branch of the Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau, and the police on duty said that the last policeman on duty had already learned about the matter and was investigating and handling it.

Red Star News reporters repeatedly called the Tianmu Town Tianhe Liyuan Community Neighborhood Committee, and as of press time, the phone has not been answered.
