Since the government service management center of the high-tech zone launched the party history study and education, it has continued to carry out the volunteer service activity of "I do practical things for the masses", and actively mobilized college students and high school students to carry out volunteer service practice activities in the district government service hall to provide them with social practice opportunities.

Walking into the government service management center of the high-tech zone, several young volunteers wearing red vests walked between the self-service check-in area and the number-taking area in the hall, enthusiastically providing services for the citizens who came to do things and helping them quickly complete business processing.

Fan Rongzhuang, a young volunteer, said that participating in volunteer activities not only exercised his practical ability, but also increased his sense of social responsibility.

Fan Rongzhuang, a young volunteer: Through this volunteer activity, I learned a lot of knowledge outside the classroom and benefited a lot. This made me understand that it is necessary to have patience in order to answer various questions raised by the masses, to be careful to help the masses fill out various forms, to be proactive in order to better communicate with the masses and understand their needs, which not only cultivates my sense of service, but also increases my knowledge.
