Faced with the dissuasion of someone at the scene, the woman was unmoved and freed her children as "private property". This way of "kneeling" children in the name of education not only fails to give children basic respect, but also may violate the Family Education Promotion Act.

Article 5 of the "Family Education Promotion Law", which has just been implemented, mentions that family education should respect the personal dignity of minors and protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors.

In the face of an 8-year-old child, taking a rough education method not only causes psychological trauma to the child, but also causes psychological discomfort to the people around him, which is an unreasonable and irresponsible performance. The worse consequence is that it hurts the child's self-esteem, makes the child have an inferior personality, and causes long-term harm to the child.

Although children make mistakes, they must criticize education, but they should pay attention to ways and methods, and they cannot educate how they want, and they must inevitably bear the corresponding consequences if they cross the boundaries of the law. After the implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law, in view of the situation that guardians are not in place in family education, the relevant departments should issue a "Family Education Order" to the perpetrators of the bad conduct and the guardians of the victims respectively.

From the legal level, the relevant departments should indeed issue a "Family Education Order" to this woman, correct her wrong family education methods, and make up for the lesson of "bringing a baby according to law".

In the era of "bringing a baby according to law", everyone should take the compulsory course of good parenthood. Family education has risen from traditional "family affairs" to important "state affairs", breaking the barrier of "private affairs" at home, and all erroneous and backward views of tutoring should be abandoned. You know, the impulsiveness of parents may cause lifelong harm to the child, and I am afraid that I will not regret it.
