Spinach tofu soup

150 grams of spinach, 1 box of tender tofu, 1 egg, 1 tbsp shallot crisp, 1 tbsp chopped green onion, stock to taste, 1 tsp salt, a little bonito flour

method

1. Wash and cut the spinach into strips, cut the tender tofu into strips and set aside.

2. Take a soup pot, add the broth, tender tofu, bring to a boil, add spinach, cook for about 1 minute, then add seasonings and shallot crisp.

3. Beat the egg flowers when the soup is boiling and sprinkle the green onions before cooking.
