Although we are all familiar with these truths, there are very few people who can really adhere to them and can do them. To sum it up in a popular phrase: "I understand the truth, but I can't do it."
But in fact, many things, we always think that we know very well about them, but the truth is often - we are familiar with the surface of things, but we do not know anything about the deeper connotations.
This may sound puzzling. But think back to what our teachers repeatedly taught us in books when we were students: E=mc and F=ma in physics, theorems, formulas, and even equations in chemistry... Which one of us is not all upside down like a stream, open our mouths to come.

I've never looked into it: Why do you lose your temper? Did things settle after the tantrum? Have you thought of any way to circumvent similar situations from happening again? How can I effectively control my emotions? Why is fitness important? Have you ever had a detailed fitness plan in place?
The knowledge in books will be tested again and again through examinations, but many of the wisdom of life cannot be passively acquired. Many times, we are only close to success and continue to keep moving forward.
Wang Pinxian, an 85-year-old professor at Tongji University's School of Oceanography and Earth Sciences, said: "My life is countdown, everything else can be generous, money can be generous, time I can't be generous."
Each of us knows to cherish time, but this sentence is indeed true to him. In order to save 10 minutes of travel, he insisted on riding from home to school, and the wind and rain could not stop it. Racing against the clock is his daily routine.
